Please submit a high quality photo to dsaaofne@gmail.com. Professional photos must be include a signed waiver to allow us to use them. Please order by September 20th to ensure delivery by October 1. Orders will still be accepted after September 20th, but may not be delivered or posted until after October 1st. THANK YOU for Helping to Spread Awareness this October!
